01 — Shipping

At OE Engine Parts – Marine, all orders are processed promptly after checkout to confirm your purchase and reserve your items. The actual shipping date—the day your order is dispatched—depends on the lead-time (LT) stated for each product on the relevant product page. These LTs represent the estimated time required to prepare your item for shipment, whether sourced from stock or a specialist supplier.

Once the lead-time is completed and your order is ready, it is shipped out immediately and you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Delivery times after dispatch typically range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping service and destination country.

Please note: The estimated LT on the product page is our best indication of expected dispatch time, but may be affected by external factors such as supplier delays or customs procedures. If any issues or delays occur, our customer service team will contact you and help resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.

02 — Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Made to Order (MTO) items are not eligible for return unless defective. Returns must be initiated by contacting customer service with your order details. Refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method upon inspection, minus return shipping if applicable. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.

04 — Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost; photo evidence may be required to expedite your claim.
